Course Registration

To complete the registration process, complete the registration form below. If additional instruction is needed, simply follow these instructions:

  1. Enter your first and last name
  2. Choose the course(s) you wish to complete and indicate the date and time of your your chosen courses. Refer to Class Description page if needed.
  3. Include your telephone number, email address, and reason for taking the course. This will help to ensure you are registered for the correct course and allow us to reach you if we have any questions.
  4. Enter any questions or comments you may have in the free text field and we would be more than a happy to answer them.
  5. Confirmation of registration will be delivered to the email you provide within 24 hours or less. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your email spam settings. The confirmation email will come from certifiedcpr@sbcglobal.net.
  6. If you still have not received confirmation, please call, text, or send an email to certifiedcpr@sbcglobal.net and we will get back with you shortly.
