By paying this invoice you agree to the following:
1. NO REFUNDS for Any Reason
2. Class starts promptly at given start time. If you arrive 10+ minutes late, you will not be allowed in class and course fee will be forfeited.
3. No one is allowed in class other than paid participants.
4. No Refunds will be given if the participant does not understand the material, cannot pass required skills, or pass written exams.
5. Participants agree to give 24+ hours notice in writing by emailing certifiedcpr@gmail.com or by texting 775-691-9952 if they need to reschedule. Participants will be allowed to reschedule one time to another available course within 60 days of the original class date. Participants that do not show up for class, or do not give 24 hours notice, understand there are No Refunds or Rescheduling and they forfeit the class fee.
6. If you register multiple times, there will be a minimum $5 fee to correct the registration.
