American Heart Association BLS Renewal Course

(Training for Currently Certified AHA BLS Providers)


Course Description

The BLS Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. The course is intended for certified or non-certified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals.

Intended Audience

This course is intended for CURRENTLY CERTIFIED healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, dentists and support staff, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, respiratory therapists, physical and occupational therapists, physician’s assistants, residents or fellows, or medical or nursing students in training, aides, medical or nursing assistants, police officers, and other allied health personnel.

Prerequisite

Current valid American Heart Association BLS Provider CPR card/eCard. You must provide a copy at time of registration to be eligible for the renewal course. Text a picture or email current American Heart Association BLS card/eCard to: 775-691-9952 certifiedcpr@gmail.com

Participant must text or email a copy of their current AHA BLS certificate to Certified CPR. If participant fails to provide a copy within 24 hours of registering, their registration may be forfeited*
By paying this invoice you agree to the following: 1. NO REFUNDS for Any Reason 2. Class starts promptly at given start time. If you arrive 10+ minutes late, you will not be allowed in class and course fee will be forfeited. 3. No one is allowed in class other than paid participants. 4. No Refunds will be given if the participant does not understand the material, cannot pass required skills, or pass written exams. 5. Participants agree to give 24+ hours notice in writing by emailing certifiedcpr@gmail.com or by texting 775-691-9952 if they need to reschedule. Participants will be allowed to reschedule one time to another available course within 60 days of the original class date. Participants that do not show up for class, or do not give 24 hours notice, understand there are No Refunds or Rescheduling and they forfeit the class fee. 6. If you register multiple times, there will be a minimum $5 fee to correct the registration. 7. Feel free to bring food and drink to class. 8. Doors open 15 minutes prior to class time.*
